Christopher Taylor, M.Sc. P. Geo., Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Taylor is a Professional Geologist with 15 years of experience, mainly with public mid-tier and junior mining companies listed on the Canadian exchange. Mr. Taylor has a Bachelor of Science Honours and Master’s degrees in Geology from Carleton University. Mr. Taylor currently serves on the boards and management of several publically listed mineral exploration companies
Mr. Tony Ricci, Chief Financial Officer
Tony Ricci is a chartered accountant with over 20 years of practice experience, mainly with public companies listed on Canadian and U.S. stock exchanges. Mr. Ricci was formerly a director and CFO of Keegan Resources Inc. (TSX: KGN, NYSE: KGN), a director and CFO of Norsemont Mining Inc. (TSX:NOM), and CFO of both Petaquilla Minerals Ltd. (TSX:PTQ) and Petaquilla Copper Ltd., companies with a combined market capitalization approaching $2 billion. He is also a former director and officer of various other listed companies and was formerly with KPMG and AMEC Engineering Inc..
Mr. Jeff Durno, LLB, Corporate Secretary
Jeff Durno offers a full-service personal approach to guide our company through all aspects of the complex undertaking of business transactions. His experience has focused on complex capital and financial restructuring transactions and his approach is methodically detailed and executed upon with accuracy and comprehensive attention, cutting the guesswork out of strategic transactions. His approach is analytical, comprehensive and focused on ensuring transactions are efficient and well-executed.
Mr. Durno has been active in the public markets for the past fifteen years, and in addition to a focus on strategic relationships, Fund development and due diligence matters, he has overall responsibility for strategic planning and the mapping out of specific restructure processes for Emprise's portfolio companies. In addition to his role with Emprise, Mr. Durno is also the Managing Partner of Anfield Sujir Kennedy & Durno, a Vancouver law firm focusing on Corporate and Securities Law.
Mr. Durno was called to the bar of Bar of Ontario in 1993 and British Columbia in 1994 and is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and a director and officer of a number of Canadian public companies.
